Terms
Plain language. How TireOps is meant to be used.
What TireOps is
TireOps is software for used tire shops. Shop staff use it to log tires, see what's on the rack and follow up on customer requests. Each shop gets a public page where customers can search its stock.
Shop accounts
Shop accounts are set up by TireOps. The shop admin is responsible for who on their team has a login, and for keeping passwords private.
Each shop's tires, customer requests and settings belong to that shop and are only shown to that shop's staff, apart from what the shop chooses to show on its public page.
What shops put on their page
Shops are responsible for the tires, prices, photos, hours and other details they publish, and for making sure they're accurate and that they have the right to use any photos they upload.
Don't use TireOps to publish anything unlawful, misleading or that belongs to someone else.
If you're a customer
Stock and prices on a shop page come from that shop. Your purchase is with the shop, not with TireOps. Check details with the shop before you buy.
When you leave your number, it goes to that shop so they can contact you about the size you asked for.
Changes
The software changes over time. If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page.
