Plain language. What we keep, and why.
If you're a customer
When you ask a shop to text you about a tire size, we save the size, your phone number and, if you give it, your name. Only staff at that shop can see it.
We use it for one thing: so the shop can contact you about the tire you asked for. We don't sell it or share it with other shops.
If you work at a shop
Your account holds your email, your name and which shop you belong to. The tires you log, their photos and the shop details you enter are stored so your team and your public page can show them.
Each shop's data is kept separate. Staff at one shop can't see another shop's tires, leads or settings.
If you book a setup call
We save the name, shop name, phone, email, preferred time and notes you send, so TireOps staff can contact you about setting up your shop. Only TireOps staff can see it.
Cookies and storage
Signed-in staff stay signed in through storage in their browser. Customer pages don't need an account.
Removing your information
Customers: ask the shop you contacted to delete your request. Shop staff: ask your shop admin, who can remove leads and tires from the app.
